Initial Comments:
Based on an offsite follow-up survey completed on January 18, 2024, Caresense Home Care, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint survey completed on November 17, 2023.
